Applicants must meet all of the qualifications in at least one of the following groups
- Applicant’s academic level will be Graduate (Master’s or PhD) in the upcoming academic year.
- Applicant will be pursuing a degree at an institution of higher education located in the United States, Canada, Mexico or Puerto Rico.
- Applicant major/interest is in the field of Water Supply and Treatment.
- Applicant is Female.
- Applicant is not a previous Jacobs Holly A Cornell Scholarship awardee.
OR
- Applicant’s academic level will be Graduate or PhD in the upcoming academic year.
- Applicant will be pursuing a degree at an institution of higher education located in the United States, Canada, Mexico or Puerto Rico.
- Applicant major/interest is in the field of Water Supply and Treatment.
- Applicant is a member of an under represented ethnic group.
- Applicant is not a previous Jacobs Holly A Cornell Scholarship awardee.
