To provide a financial scholarship award of up to $2,000 to eligible and deserving
Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCV) to aid in furthering their formal higher education
pursuits.
Purpose: To provide a financial scholarship award of up to $2,000 to eligible and deserving
Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCV) to aid in furthering their formal higher education
pursuits.
Eligibility: This scholarship is open to all RPCVs currently enrolled in an accredited
institution of higher education who are from Connecticut and/or who are enrolled in an
accredited institution of higher education in Connecticut.
Requirements: Submit the below required documents via email to scholarships@ctrpcv.org:
• Completed application form (two pages)
• Unofficial transcripts from all previously attended institutions of higher education
• Current resume
• Letter of recommendation from an academic source
• Letter of recommendation from a professional source
• Peace Corps Description of Service
• Acceptance letter from an accredited institution of higher education
Deadline: September 1 for the semester beginning on or about January 1, and May 1 for
the semester beginning on or about September 1. You will be notified of our decision on or
before the relevant deadline date.
