Land policy and the Environment; Land Value Taxation
The Lincoln Institute’s C. Lowell Harriss Dissertation Fellowship Program assists Ph.D. students, primarily at U.S. universities, writing theses in fields that address the Institute’s primary interest areas in valuation and taxation, land planning and the environment (landscape-scale conservation; planning for climate change adaptation and mitigation; national infrastructure planning; land use dispute resolution; community land trust model; international perspective on urban planning and land policy etc.) and related topics for the support development of a thesis proposal and/or completion of thesis research.
