Description:
The Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute (STRI), is a division of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC and maintains research facilities for marine and terrestrial research at various locations on the Isthmus of Panama. The STRI Short-Term Fellowship Program allows selected candidates to come to STRI year-round and is an excellent resource to provide support for graduate students and introduce them to tropical research. $1000/ month stipend + <$2000 research allowance + round trip airfare
